About Tamer Mölnlycke Care

Tamer Mölnlycke Care is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring the precise preparation of components and meticulous completion of medical sets.

Role Summary: Assembly Operator

The Assembly Operator plays a critical role within either the OPE Picking Team or OPE Production Lines. This involves strict adherence to production documentation, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting required production quantities for medical sets. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: OPE Picking Team

  • Prepare components according to production documentation (Picking list) for assigned production lines, aligning with the production plan.
  • Accurately pick components in the LF preparation room and ensure correct dosing into boxes.
  • Pick components from the DM and CW warehouses, manually load them into the Oracle application, and dose them correctly into boxes.
  • Manage inventory by manually loading components into the Oracle application and ensuring precise dosing into boxes as per order specifications.
  • Ensure all boxes with picked components are labeled correctly with clear, legible, and accurate information, including part numbers, quantities, and relevant production details.
  • Complete necessary documentation, such as in-process protocols.
  • Place prepared orders in front of the correct production line to facilitate smooth workflow and timely assembly.

Key Responsibilities: OPE Production Lines

  • Complete medical sets according to production documentation, ensuring adherence to quality and required quantity standards.
  • Follow and execute assembly instructions displayed on the module monitor to ensure correct product assembly.
  • Verify that components are correctly assigned from the production kit (TK) and confirm their accuracy before use.
  • Handle boxes and components safely, adhering to occupational safety guidelines and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace in compliance with quality standards.
  • Inspect boxes for missing or excess components to prevent production errors and ensure proper inventory.
  • Inspect the workplace after completing an order, ensuring no components are left on the floor or in the wrong place.
  • Ensure the correct welding of bags containing sets (BB), adhering to quality standards and ensuring the integrity and secure packaging of the product.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Secondary Education, Technical Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in manufacturing environments.

Work Setting and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires consistent presence and engagement within the manufacturing facility to support production operations.
