About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking an Assistant Inventory Control to manage inventory and stock for its brands across the UAE and other GCC countries. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movement.
• Maintain daily records of shipments and invoices to identify products requiring replenishment.
• Implement and oversee inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments regarding inventory matters.
• Organize and manage the cost controlling system.
• Generate reports for F&B (Food and Beverage) controls.
• Ensure adherence to Food and Beverage control systems and procedures.
• Conduct variance analysis for food and beverage operations.
• Monitor menu item consumption patterns.
• Provide support for incentive programs.

Scope of Operations

The role involves managing inventory and stock for multiple brands across various regions, including ordering for all import and export related shipments. This requires a systematic approach to tracking and managing stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates are expected to have between 0 to 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field. A foundational understanding of inventory management principles is necessary for this role.
