Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Jiddah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
Assisting customers with menu selections.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Operating coffee equipment.
Managing inventory.
Ensuring excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and operating coffee brewing equipment.
Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions and build relationships.
Effective Communication skills for taking orders and clarifying customer preferences.
Knowledge in Food Preparation, including safety and hygiene standards.
Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about coffee beans and brewing methods.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
