Join our dynamic team at KRAIV as a Barista!
As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and cookies.
Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and determining their coffee interests.
Operating coffee equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Educating customers about coffee varieties and preparation techniques.
Managing inventory and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about available products.
Follow prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
Attract and retain customers to generate revenue.
Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment.
Enhance the coffee shop's reputation by exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Barista or in food preparation.
Knowledge of different coffee varieties and brewing methods.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
