Job Description Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations with the goal of providing an exceptional customer experience, achieving the required commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment in the fashion sector. The role includes overseeing individuals, products, and processes to achieve sales objectives, maintain brand standards, and build a high-performance team. Main Responsibilities Achieving sales targets, analyzing performance indicators, and taking appropriate actions. Ensuring an excellent customer experience and professionally handling complaints. Leading the team through recruitment, training, and continuous evaluation. Implementing visual display standards and maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness. Supervising daily operations and adhering to company policies. Preparing reports and tracking performance and costs. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in the fashion sector, including two years in a supervisory role. Experience in fast fashion is preferred. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Proficiency in English is acceptable. What We Are Looking For Strong leadership skills. Customer service focus. Ability to work under pressure. Analytical and decision-making skills. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setup (FMCG/food industry preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Experience with maintenance planning and ERP systems (SAP PM preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, RCA).
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced industrial environment.
