Join a Leading Company as a Senior Business Analyst!
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 8 years of proven experience in the financial sector and services industry to join the team at Smartera 3S Solutions and Systems in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
Analyze complex financial business requirements and processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and gap assessments.
Collaborate closely with IT, development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives within financial services.
Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementations.
Participate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Provide data analysis and reporting insights to support decision-making.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related financial domain.
Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, payments, cards, treasury, and risk.
Experience working with core banking systems or financial platforms.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Technical Skills:

SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (*, AML, KYC, IFRS, Basel, etc.).
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Familiarity with digital banking or payment systems.
Core Banking Experience.
