Business Development and Customer Relations Specialist Ithmar Financial Consulting Company announces the availability of a job opportunity for the position of Business Development and Customer Relations Specialist to join the operations team, contribute to the company's growth, and enhance the efficiency of managing offers, contracts, and customer relations. This role represents an organizational and commercial hub that connects management and clients, where the job holder is responsible for managing the processes related to submitting offers, coordinating contracts, following up on tenders, and organizing client files, in addition to supporting business development activities, ensuring the smoothness of procedures, accuracy of documentation, and prompt response, all within a governance, quality, and professional discipline framework. Main Responsibilities: - Preparing price offers and technical and financial proposals for clients according to approved templates. - Coordinating the process of submitting tenders (RFPs) and providing the required documentation. - Coordinating contract signing procedures and following up on the completion of regulatory requirements related to clients. - Updating the client and project database and monitoring contracting status. - Following up on client inquiries and internal coordination to ensure prompt responses. - Preparing periodic operational reports related to the status of clients and contracts. - Supporting management in monitoring collections and coordinating with the finance team when needed. - Organizing meetings with clients and preparing meeting minutes. - Supporting professional marketing activities and updating service promotional materials. - Managing and organizing client and project files according to approved archiving policies. - Managing and organizing documents on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint / OneDrive) systems. - Complying with confidentiality policies and protecting client data. - Executing any supportive operational tasks related. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - At least two years of practical experience in a consulting or professional office environment. - High skills in preparing proposals and official correspondence. - Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications at an advanced level.
