Role Overview

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Agent to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels, including telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Log all customer inquiries and prospects accurately into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each relevant branch.
• Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp regarding new prospects.
• Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
• Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld at all times.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, structured as split shifts.
• Work Model: Hybrid, combining both office-based and remote work.
