Position Overview:
As a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to meet our quality standards. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams to maintain smooth daily operations. You will also assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff while ensuring adherence to safety and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality.
• Prioritize room cleaning and update room status.
• Assist in managing daily Housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies.
• Document maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Welcome and interact with guests professionally.
• Maintain and motivate staff in alignment with company values.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field with supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift objects up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform various physical activities.
