Join Accor as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
As a key member of our team, you will ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work duties to Team Members.
  • Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
  • Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors routinely.
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects.
  • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure adherence to required standards.
  • Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide excellent guest service, including special requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
  • A successful track record of managing a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is preferred.
