This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations and achieving sales targets while maintaining high service quality and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily branch operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and achieve branch sales targets.
  • Supervise the team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the branch.
  • Monitor customer service levels and handle complaints or issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
