Job Objective:

Providing exceptional customer service by selling cosmetics, advising on suitable products, and accurately and professionally completing transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

First: Sales and Customer Service

• Welcoming customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Identifying customer needs and advising on appropriate cosmetic products.

• Explaining the features and benefits of products in an appealing way that helps convince the customer.

• Achieving sales targets set by management.

• Monitoring inventory availability on the shelves and organizing it attractively.

Second: Working on the Cash Register

• Completing sales transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Accurately handling cash and card payments.

• Printing invoices and handing them to customers.

• Maintaining an accurate financial record and achieving daily balance for the cash register.

Third: General Tasks

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

• Reporting any issues with products or sales processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cosmetics sales or working on the cash register (a plus).

• Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods.

• The person in this position is responsible for preparing and developing marketing and sales plans and increasing the company's market share in target markets. He is also responsible for training and qualifying the company's sales and marketing teams..

·      Developing plans and formulating sales policies in coordination with marketing and senior management..

·      Setting sales goals and objectives and developing strategies to achieve these goals..

·      Establish a database on markets, competitors, geographical areas, and their distribution..

·      Develop promotion, advertising, and sales offer plans in coordination with senior management..

·      Conduct market research and study the market share of the company and its competitors..

·      Work to increase market share by increasing sales volume..

·      Participating in negotiations with agents and distributors..

·      Participating in the selection and training of salespeople and determining their needs..

·      Identify sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers..

·      Follow up on after-sales service, maintain constant communication with customers, and respond to their complaints..

·      Monitoring competitors' situations and strategies..

• Submitting detailed periodic reports on achievements, marketing problems, and failures to senior management..

2. Job Qualifications

Required Educational Level

· Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the paint industry.

 Required Experience Level

The required experience in the field of paints or their derivatives.

Adequate knowledge of the principles and methods of paint sales for factory owners.

Required skill level

High skills in persuasion and strategic marketing.

The required language level

Fluency in both Arabic and English.

6-month probation period.
