About the Role:
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing data infrastructure that supports platform performance and analytics. You will play a crucial role in building scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for the platform
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, third-party systems, databases)
  • Develop and maintain data warehouses and data lakes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across the platform
  • Optimize data processing performance and system scalability
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and analysts
  • Support real-time and batch data processing requirements
  • Document data architecture and workflows

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
  • Strong experience in SQL and Python
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (*, Airflow, Talend)
  • Experience working on platform-based or product environments
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with data warehousing tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)

Overview:
The Principal Legal Specialist focuses on commercial technology transactions, advising internal clients on a broad range of legal matters across the technology and telecommunications industries. This includes SaaS arrangements (acting for both vendor and purchaser), reseller contracts, strategic partnerships, product and intellectual property development, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, industrial IoT, connectivity, and related technology matters. The legal team manages legal and corporate governance matters for the Aramco Digital group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on a wide spectrum of technology and telecommunications matters for Aramco Digital and its affiliates.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including: SaaS agreements (vendor and purchaser side), cloud services agreements, customer services agreements for technology, cybersecurity, and connectivity services, reseller agreements, strategic partnership agreements, IP development and licensing arrangements, procurement agreements, NDAs and MoUs.
  • Provide legal support in relation to: AI solutions, industrial IoT, telecommunications and satellite connectivity, cybersecurity, and platform and product development, operation, and orchestration.
  • Identify and assess data privacy, data security, export control, and international trade compliance issues, and coordinate with subject matter experts as required.
  • Advise on internal policies and governance frameworks.
  • Support entity governance and board secretarial matters.
  • Provide legal training and guidance to company personnel.
  • Deliver general corporate and commercial legal advisory support as required.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in a common law jurisdiction (*, United Kingdom or United States).

Experience:
- 6- 10 years of experience in a strong TMT-focused law firm and/or a large technology or telecommunications corporation.
- Technology and telecommunications sector experience, including Technology services, AI solutions, Telecoms and satellite connectivity, cybersecurity, platform and product development, operation, and orchestration.
- Extensive experience negotiating: SaaS and cloud agreements, Technology services agreements, reseller and strategic partnership agreements, IP development and licensing arrangements, procurement contracts, and NDAs and MoUs.
- General corporate law experience.
- Prior experience in entity governance and board secretarial matters.
- Knowledge and experience of applicable regulatory regimes in Saudi Arabia is preferred, including the Personal Data Protection Law, Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework, AI Ethics & Principles and applicable technology, telecommunications and security laws (including those of NCA, SDAIA, CST, and HCIS).

Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to identify privacy, security, export control, and trade compliance risks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to provide clear and concise advice to internal clients.
