About the Role

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a Digital Learning Trainer to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position focuses on enhancing digital learning initiatives, driving engagement, and supporting the continuous development of our teams. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Purpose of the Position

The Digital Learning Trainer is responsible for the management of digital learning platforms and content. This includes monitoring learning engagement and completion, supporting digital training initiatives, and developing learning materials that align with Dior’s standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital learning platforms, including My Dior and SkillsUp.
  • Upload, update, and monitor learning content and completion rates.
  • Identify and coordinate the resolution of platform-related issues.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly learning reports and dashboards.
  • Track completion, participation, engagement, and learning hours.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis to identify trends and gaps in learning.
  • Create engaging learning materials and communications using Canva.
  • Develop short learning videos and tutorials using CapCut.
  • Transform existing training materials into effective digital learning experiences.
  • Ensure all content reflects Dior’s luxury and professional standards.
  • Support various digital learning initiatives and training projects.
  • Assist trainers and employees with the use of digital tools and platforms.
  • Drive employee engagement and adoption of digital learning resources.
  • Stay informed on current digital learning trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, Store Managers, Beauty Consultants, and regional teams.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage digital learning platforms and content.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning trends and technologies.

Work Environment

This role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The position is full-time and involves working collaboratively with various internal teams, including trainers, store management, and regional staff, to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
