E-commerce and digital marketing store manager Work location: Jeddah City Long Breath Marine Supplies and Diving and Fishing Company announces its need to hire an E-commerce and digital marketing manager who is creative and ambitious and possesses the experience and commitment to manage and operate the entire e-commerce store, supervise sales, customer service, shipping, manage social media platforms and funded advertising campaigns on Google and others, and proficiency in design and editing programs from Adobe and photography as it is essential for this job. Main tasks: - Manage and operate the e-commerce store, upload products, and update them. - Monitor sales, invoices, and inventory accurately. - Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and shipments. - Coordinate with shipping companies and electronic payment gateways. - Manage social media accounts and respond to messages. - Prepare content and participate in marketing campaigns. - Manage and follow up on paid advertisements and provide periodic reports. - Commit to complete confidentiality and maintain the institution's data. - Organize and arrange the work environment and equipment. - All designs requested from management related to work and marine products or modifying images. - Assist the sales team in the branch to achieve monthly targets. - Shoot product videos and publish them on the store's social media pages. General conditions: - Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. - Proficiency in dealing with and using Adobe design programs. - Proficiency in dealing with social media platforms and paid advertisements. - High accuracy, commitment, and responsibility. - Full-time attendance and preferably residing close to the workplace. - No objection to registration in social insurance. - Prohibited from working for personal account or using the institution's resources for any unauthorized purpose. Benefits: - Salary + commissions if the monthly target is achieved + 21 days of annual vacation.
