Join Hilton as a Head Baker!
A key role in our culinary team, the Head Baker is responsible for ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of breakfast and buffet items, creating an exceptional guest experience. At Hilton, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding hospitality, and our Head Baker will play a crucial role in this mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present breakfast and buffet items following Hilton’s high standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Ensure quality ingredients are stored correctly and assist in managing food costs.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries and maintain positive guest relations.
  • Report any maintenance, hygiene, or hazard issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to all hotel, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Actively contribute to environmental consciousness.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. It’s helpful to have prior kitchen experience and an NVQ Level 2 in a related field. Holding a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is also essential.
