The e-commerce store manager Work location is in Jeddah, Al-Marjan neighborhood Long Breath Company for marine supplies, diving, and fishing announces its need to hire an e-commerce and digital marketing manager who has the experience and commitment to manage and operate the entire e-commerce store, is responsible for the online warehouse, invoices, responding to customer service, shipping, managing social media platforms, and overseeing funded advertising campaigns. Main tasks: • Manage and operate the e-commerce store and upload and update products. • Accurately monitor sales, invoices, and inventory and record invoices. • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders and shipments. • Coordinate with shipping companies and electronic payment gateways. • Manage social media accounts and respond to messages. • Prepare content and participate in marketing campaigns. • Manage and monitor funded advertisements and provide periodic reports. • Commit to complete confidentiality and maintain the institution's data. • Organize and arrange the work environment and equipment. • All designs requested by the administration related to work and marine products or modifying images. • Assist the sales team in the branch to achieve monthly targets. General conditions: • Experience in e-commerce stores. • Proficiency in dealing with and using design programs from Office. • Proficiency in dealing with social media platforms and taking responsibility.
