About the Role

Saudi Air Navigation Services is seeking an Enterprise Platform Apps & Data Engineering Manager to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience, responsible for the strategic vision and delivery of ITOT directorate services.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Platform Apps & Data Engineering Manager will define and execute the vision and roadmap for all existing and new services offered by the ITOT directorate. This role focuses on ensuring that solutions and requirements align with enterprise strategic needs across business processes, applications, information/data, infrastructure, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the vision and roadmap for all existing and new services within the ITOT directorate.
• Manage each customer journey, including setting and achieving the organization’s shared customer-focused journey vision.
• Identify solutions and analyze requirements prior to acquisition or creation.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise strategic requirements covering business processes, applications, information/data, infrastructure, and services.
• Operate within established KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps for IT services.
• Experience in managing customer journeys and aligning solutions with enterprise strategies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah cities. The role operates within the Saudi Air Navigation Services organization.
