About the Role

Halian, a company with over 28 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking an ERP Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining and supporting the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, IT infrastructure, and end-user environment. The ERP Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for ERP and IT support, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems supporting both business and production operations.

Role Responsibilities

The ERP Specialist will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to ERP users across all business functions. Key duties include administering and troubleshooting the ERP system, with a preference for experience with IFS ERP. The role also involves supporting master data management, user access control, and workflow configurations. Additionally, the specialist will assist with ERP reporting, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as delivering user training and developing comprehensive system documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. The role requires 3 to 7 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure administration, or ERP support. Experience supporting manufacturing environments is essential, with aerospace experience being highly desirable. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively support both technical and non-technical users in a fast-paced environment.
