Are you ready to be an essential part of a leading IT and communications solution provider in Saudi Arabia? This role offers you the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CFO and the department, ensuring smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering and transferring telephone calls.
  • Organize and maintain the schedule of the line manager, including employee reviews and visitor receptions.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Archive correspondence according to legal procedures and internal policies.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, letters, and reports as needed.
  • Ensure professional appearance of the CFO’s office and meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including airline reservations and transportation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge in business management preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and preferably Arabic.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to adapt to new technologies and software tools.
  • Understanding of market practices and compliance with laws.

Experience:
  • Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel.
  • Familiarity with document management and reporting.
