About the Finance Manager Role

UR SUPPORT is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position is for a finance professional with a strong track record in financial leadership, specifically within the manpower solutions and workforce outsourcing industry in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with excellent technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory and taxation environment.

Core Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing complete financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensuring compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT and Zakat.
• Handling corporate income tax, especially for foreign-owned and mixed-ownership companies.
• Preparing management reports, financial reports, budgets, cash flow reports, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for the overall business and individual business units.
• Managing finance operations across multiple departments and business units.
• Establishing financial controls, implementing reporting frameworks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within the ERP system.
• Driving financial performance while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Required Expertise and Leadership Skills

Candidates for this role must demonstrate strong expertise and leadership in the following areas:

• Strong knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and profitability analysis.
• Ability to build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented professional approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following essential criteria:

• 5-10 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
• Previous experience in KSA manpower solutions or workforce outsourcing companies specializing in overseas recruitment and workforce deployment (not a recruitment agency or a company employing its own workforce).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred for this role.
