Azad Properties, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Finance Manager. In this key role, you will oversee and optimise our financial operations, ensuring the financial health of our organisation as we support our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting.
• Lead the month-end closing process and conduct financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Analyze costs, pricing, and company performance against business plans.
• Manage budgets and provide financial insights to management.
• Direct communication with auditors and other departments.
• Conduct investment analyses including cap rate and NPV evaluations.
• Prepare investor-ready financial reports and presentations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, ideally in real estate.
• Expertise in financial management and reporting.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
