In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for producing timely financial and operational reporting, ensuring effective controls for asset safeguarding, and improving relations with banks and creditors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate financial and operational reporting and analysis.
  • Manage full cycle operational and financial planning including forecasts.
  • Oversee investment evaluations and support external audits.
  • Lead financial reporting communication with business teams and executives.
  • Direct a team accountable for business planning and decision support.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash forecasting.
  • Establish and enforce accounting methods and policies.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance/accounting; MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance/accounting management.
  • Experience in real estate development, property management, or construction.
