Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Recruit, manage, and develop the Food and Beverage team.
• Manage guest queries efficiently.
• Work within budgeted guidelines related to Food, Liquor, and Payroll costs.
• Set departmental targets, work schedules, and policies.
• Develop menus with the team.
• Conduct monthly stock takes.
• Incentivize team members to maximize revenue.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement.
• Ensure communication meetings and generate post-meeting minutes.
• Promote environmental awareness and maintain good relationships with other departments.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have management and/or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, a track record of meeting financial targets, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be dedicated to developing yourself and your team and be flexible to adapt to various work situations.

Experience and Skills:

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role involves:

• Allocating work duties to Team Members
• Performing routine inspections of all check out rooms and conducting spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and other projects
• Managing and training Room Attendants and other Team Members
• Efficiently managing stock control and maintenance of equipment
• Providing excellent Guest service, including special requirements for VIPs
• Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Representative to join our team at Tanfeez Design & Contracting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment and enjoys engaging with potential clients to generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roam around Jeddah daily to visit real estate projects, construction sites, residential neighborhoods, commercial areas, and showrooms.
• Approach property developers, building managers, real estate offices, and business owners to introduce our firm and gather potential project leads.
• Take pictures, collect contact information, and report back daily with detailed notes on possible leads.
• Build relationships with professionals in relevant industries (brokers, site engineers, property managers, etc.) to stay updated on new opportunities.
• Distribute business cards and marketing materials where appropriate.
• Maintain a clear and organized database of leads and follow-up tasks.
• Report to management daily with findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Jeddah and very familiar with its neighborhoods and real estate hotspots.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable approaching people.
• Self-motivated, independent, and persistent with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, or sales is a plus.
• Basic reporting and smartphone skills (taking photos, writing notes, using WhatsApp or CRM tools).
