Join BMC as a Safety & Security Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the safety and security of our students, staff, visitors, and college property. You will manage all security operations, staff, systems, and emergency procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise security guards and control their schedules and duties.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies, accidents, or safety threats.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with police, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
  • Train staff and students on emergency procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and college regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a security role (2+ years in a leadership role).
  • Knowledge of KSA Civil Defense and MOH safety standards.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Experience with CCTV and security systems.
