We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven B2B Sales Lead to lead sales initiatives for Woovclub, focusing on application and digital board sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Job Objective:
To lead and grow Woovclub's sales in the digital apps and boards market within the Kingdom. This key role involves converting opportunities into real contracts and partnerships, designing customized solutions to meet client needs, and building long-term relationships with sports clubs, corporate entities, and coaches.

Job Objective:

This key role involves converting opportunities into real contracts and partnerships, designing customized solutions to meet client needs, and building long-term relationships with sports clubs, corporate entities, and coaches.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Design and deliver customer-oriented technological solutions, and assist in the preparation of work documents (SoW).
- Oversee the setup and activation process of dashboards for clubs and coaches, ensuring appropriate technical training.
- Provide professional presentations and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Support clients post-contract: troubleshooting, rapid response, and overseeing technical support.
- Deep understanding of the sports and technology market in Saudi Arabia and identify new growth opportunities.
- Regularly report to management on performance, challenges, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and product) to ensure outstanding customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (35 years) in corporate sales, especially in selling dashboards, digital systems or SaaS.
- Advanced understanding of the technology and sports sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong skills in leading technical workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical, negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and digital sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and pressured work environment.
- Leadership qualities with effective communication skills and the ability to build strategic relationships.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in project management/Agile are a plus (such as SAFe Agile or PMP).
