About the Role:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company’s branding, marketing, and communication needs. The position involves:

• Developing and producing visual assets for print and digital use, including company profiles, brochures, flyers, totems, banners, packaging, and other collateral materials.
• Collaborating with the Creative Team to understand project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Translating conceptual ideas into effective visual designs that communicate clear messages.
• Preparing and delivering print-ready and digital files, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintaining consistency of visual identity across all materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Staying informed of current design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure the delivery of innovative and modern designs.
• Managing multiple projects with attention to details and deadlines.
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and revising designs accordingly.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional design experience.
• Experience with branding projects and print production processes.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to present and justify design concepts.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the visual storytelling behind some of the most dynamic and emotion-driven fashion brands in the Kingdom. From digital ads to packaging to in-store visuals, you will create designs that inspire, sell, and build deep emotional connections.

You’ll work across campaigns, product launches, and seasonal collections, collaborating with marketing, retail, e-commerce, photography, and influencer teams to deliver visuals that are beautiful, relevant, and fast-moving. This is not just design. It’s a visual brand-building on scale.

What will you do
1. Lead creative execution for weekly and seasonal campaigns across all channels (social, e-commerce, retail, packaging)
2. Design visuals for digital platforms: website banners, social content, emails, paid ads, mobile-first assets
3. Build and maintain the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistent execution
4. Develop lookbooks, launch kits, product storytelling, and collection mood boards
5. Collaborate with photography, video, and content teams to create cohesive visuals
6. Design packaging, gift sets, POP displays, store screens, and seasonal window visuals
7. Apply Arabic and English typography and visual style for culturally relevant design
8. Ensure speed and efficiency in delivery, working in fast weekly product cycles
9. Stay on top of fashion trends, lifestyle visuals, and Gulf consumer preferences

Your skills
14+ years of hands-on graphic design experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail
2. Strong portfolio that includes campaign visuals, packaging, digital, and retail assets
3. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere) is a strong plus
5. Fluent in both Arabic and English design aesthetics
6. Strong typography, layout, and color skills, with sensitivity to modern Arab taste
7. Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
8. Strategic thinker who understands both creative and commercial goals
9. Great collaborator who can work across departments (marketing, product, digital, retail)
10. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (*, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) to generate concepts, refine visuals, and accelerate creative workflows.
