Objectives:
The Hairdresser plays a vital role in representing our salon's style and philosophy. You will actively pursue the latest trends in products and services, showcasing your passion for fashion, music, and art.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and perform consultations to establish their hair care needs.
• Execute cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services to high standards.
• Educate clients about products used and recommend appropriate homecare items.
• Maintain detailed client service history for personalized care.
• Stay updated with new hairstyles and techniques through workshops and research.
• Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as per salon protocols.
• Promote the salon at events and through social media.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

• Training certification from L'Oreal or Kerastase is advantageous.
• Expertise in Ombre and Balayage techniques.
• Three years of stylist experience in an international standard salon.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative flair for designing and interpreting hairstyles.
• Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and preferably Arabic.

Personality Traits: Motivated, enthusiastic, and caring, with a professional attitude.
