About the Role
Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) is seeking a HiPo & Leadership Development Analyst to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves assisting with the design, execution, and evaluation of leadership development programs, competency assessments, and the administration of SANS' talent planning and development initiatives. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and update SANS competency evaluations, comparing current with targeted competency levels.
- Coordinate with the Organization Agility & Rewards team to ensure competency leveling is accurate.
- Administer competency-based assessments across SANS and follow up with directorates for timely completion.
- Consolidate assessment results and provide summarized reports to line managers and the Talent Planning and Development Section Head.
- Coordinate with assessment providers for timely delivery and report generation.
- Enroll employees in relevant leadership development programs based on career tracks.
- Monitor participation rates in leadership development programs and report data.
- Deliver awareness presentations to introduce leadership development programs and increase engagement.
- Prepare regular reports to monitor and control talent planning and development operations.
- Coordinate with line managers to identify potential successors for the succession planning program.
- Ensure nominated successors meet program requirements before enrollment.
- Clean and process raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness for analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
- Map High Potential talent to critical roles in succession plans and identify readiness gaps.
- Track progress of High Potentials toward leadership readiness and update succession pipelines.
- Conduct day-to-day activities in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required.
- No prior or minimum years of experience in Talent Management or a related field is required.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within Saudi Air Navigation Services.
