Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives while maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Manage special requests from guests and ensure VIPs and Do Not Disturb statuses are adhered to.
• Inspect cleaned areas for compliance with standards and report any needed repairs.
• Supervise room cleaning, corridors, and stairwells.
• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants, advising superiors on performance.
• Assist with inventory management for housekeeping equipment.

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality, with some supervisory experience in a hotel’s Housekeeping Department. Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal skills, and computer literacy (especially with Opera) are advantageous.

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who take pride in their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignment, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately.
• Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties: vacuum carpet, dust and wipe furniture, and make beds.
• Keep fire exits and stairways clear of any obstruction.
• Check and report any maintenance work required immediately.
• Remove litter from corridors and pathways.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies.
• Inform valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry or dry cleaning.

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a vocational training within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. A good command of English is an advantage.
