Your Responsibilities:- Serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations, providing excellent customer service.
- Convert inquiries into contracted business and respond positively to sales inquiries.
- Identify and develop future sales leads.
- Ensure all reservations are completed accurately and to the guests’ expectations.
- Provide prompt and efficient service while adhering to Hilton’s brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:- A passion for delivering great customer service.
- Highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in a Reservations environment.
- Tertiary qualifications or a collegiate-level degree.
