Job Summary
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all housekeeping activities, ensuring that cleanliness and orderliness standards are maintained. This role oversees guest rooms, public areas, laundry services, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth daily housekeeping operations.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team including supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff.
  • Maintain performance standards and oversee maintenance of guest rooms and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel guidelines and hygiene standards.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel, preferably in GCC countries.
  • Detail-oriented and guest-focused.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A commitment to professional development and leadership.
