About the Role of Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Salla is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for its Mahally platform. This full-time position, based in Jeddah or Makkah, focuses on managing the customer journey post-acquisition. The role involves building and optimizing customer lifecycle strategies from initial engagement through retention and win-back phases.
Strategic Impact and Opportunity
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for all customer interactions after the initial acquisition, including welcome sequences, driving second purchases, fostering habit formation, and implementing win-back strategies. This role presents a significant opportunity to build the lifecycle engine from the ground up, leveraging existing tools to establish new customer journeys and significantly improve the retention curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back, end to end.
- Develop and implement Mahally's Braze journeys, including flows, canvases, and triggers across email, WhatsApp, push, and SMS.
- Conduct behavioral segmentation based on purchase history, category affinity, recency, and engagement metrics.
- Translate business objectives into targeting logic, segmentation strategies, and dynamic, personalized content.
- Establish and maintain A/B testing as a core discipline, encompassing hypothesis generation, test execution, learning, iteration, and scaling.
- Drive Retention and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) as primary metrics, with a focus on reducing churn, increasing repeat purchase rates, and growing overall customer lifetime value.
- Oversee end-to-end CRM reporting, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly insights on all critical KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Category Manager to develop product and offer lists for marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills and Methodologies
The role requires extensive hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms, specifically Braze, for segmenting, automating, testing, and optimizing campaigns. Candidates must be proficient in pulling data using SQL, forming hypotheses, executing tests, and independently analyzing results.
Required Experience
Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related field, with a proven track record of improving customer retention and lifetime value.
