  • Guarantee machine and equipment reliability to meet production capacity.
  • Define and plan maintenance activities within budget.
  • Organize, update, and archive documentation for maintenance.
  • Analyze breakdown reasons and implement preventive measures.
  • Support maintenance teams in problem-solving.
  • Participate in the acquisition and acceptance of new equipment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure safety and quality in maintenance planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 02 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience in facilities maintenance or engineering is necessary, but a strong understanding of hard services systems is essential.
