Role Overview:
You will be the everyday hero at KONE, providing professional maintenance services to ensure our customers' equipment runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through quality service.
Performing regular maintenance checks and attending to call-outs.
Ensuring safety and performance of equipment.
Communicating site risks and immediate actions to your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate, real-time reports on work performed.
Executing service visits while respecting safety instructions and quality standards.
Raising service repair needs based on equipment requirements.

Are You the Right Fit?
If you have an ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Automation and possess a minimum of 5 years of preventive maintenance experience, we want to hear from you! Good English communication skills and basic IT knowledge are preferred.
