About the Job:
Join AlQasswa Real Estate as a Marketing Manager, where you will lead the marketing strategy for the company and its real estate projects. This role is crucial in increasing the digital share, generating qualified leads, and effectively converting them into sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy and campaign plans before, during, and after launches.
  • Manage digital channels: SEO/SEM, Google & Meta Ads, content and social media, and email marketing.
  • Operate lead channels and integrate them with CRM while collaborating with sales to enhance conversion.
  • Oversee budget management and agency relations ensuring alignment of identity and quality of materials.
  • Prepare performance reports (GA4/Ads/CRM) and provide continuous improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience (preferably in real estate/construction and project launches).
  • Proficient in using GA4, Google & Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM (HubSpot/Zoho).
  • Strong Arabic/English content creation skills and the ability to coordinate with design visually.
  • High analytical skills and capability to make data-driven decisions.
