About the Role:
The Client:
Our client is a leading multinational company based in Jeddah. We are on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and enhance market leadership in the Food & Beverage sector across KSA.

The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy across KSA, with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage category. You will lead innovative marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning, and ensure consistent delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives. The key responsibilities would revolve around:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and strong visibility across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of 68 years leading marketing in the KSA market, with strong experience in the Food & Beverage category. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns. Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable impact in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proficient in leveraging market data, consumer insights, and analytics to guide decision-making and marketing strategy.
