Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced digital marketing expert in the restaurant field to lead and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting customers, and boosting sales. The individual will be responsible for managing online advertising campaigns, enhancing the restaurant's presence on social media platforms, and increasing customer engagement through digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing Social Media:
    • Creating and implementing content strategies to attract followers and increase engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok.
    • Managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
    • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing regular reports.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Improving the restaurant's website to increase its visibility in search engine results.
    • Managing advertising campaigns through Google Ads.
    • Analyzing keywords and creating SEO-compliant content.
  • Content Management:
    • Creating engaging and brand-relevant content such as food photos, videos, and promotional posts.
    • Planning and executing seasonal or special offer marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Interacting with customers through social media platforms and responding to comments and inquiries.
    • Managing loyalty programs and promotional offers via email or apps.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
    • Providing regular reports on digital marketing performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams:
    • Working with the kitchen team and customer service team to ensure marketing messages are consistent with the customer experience.
    • Coordinating with designers and developers to improve user experience on the website and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with 2 years in the restaurant sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads.
    • Good knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
    • Ability to use simple design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Creativity and the ability to come up with attractive marketing ideas.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Interest in the latest trends in the restaurant and digital marketing fields.

Conditions:
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing and 2 years in the restaurant or food and beverage brand sector.
  • Experience in SEO, Google Ads, and SEM.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
  • Understanding of email marketing strategies.
