Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans tailored to the seafood industry.
  • Analyze local and regional markets to identify consumer trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, both traditional and digital, ensuring optimal communication of our product values.
  • Supervise all marketing content, including advertisements and digital assets.
  • Develop and nurture the company’s brand identity to reflect the quality of our seafood products.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead the marketing team, fostering a motivating environment.
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget to ensure high ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly seafood, is preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with food regulations and compliance is preferred.
