📢 We're Hiring: Marketing Specialist – Outdoor & Offline Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all outdoor and offline marketing activities across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-digital advertising, print production, events, and agency management, with a clear focus on driving footfall, lead generation, and brand visibility.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outdoor and offline marketing strategies aligned with project launches and sales targets.
• Plan and manage exhibitions, property roadshows, mall activations, kiosks, open house events, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee non-digital advertising channels including billboards, outdoor media, print ads, brochures, flyers, and branded materials.
• Manage production and quality control of all printed and visual marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent branding across project sites, sales offices, and event setups.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, production houses, and event vendors.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing initiatives drive qualified leads and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance (footfall, engagement, leads, conversion rates) and prepare performance reports with ROI analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate development.
• Strong background in offline advertising, print materials, event management, and vendor/agency coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or marketing analytics experience is a plus.

Field marketing representative required to work in the field of accounting and financial consulting services. Salary + commission. Proficiency and commitment are required.
