Medical Representative

About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, serving as a direct link between the company and healthcare professionals. The primary objective is to enhance awareness and utilization of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products through targeted sales and marketing activities.

Role Overview

The Medical Representative will promote a defined portfolio of products to customers and key accounts, adhering to established guidelines. This role involves meeting specified sales and marketing targets, utilizing provided resources, and operating under the guidance of a Supervisor or Manager. The focus is on building relationships and effectively communicating product information to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain detailed records of sales targets and activities, assessing performance against established goals.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, through organized appointments and events.
• Inform and persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe, dispense, or use Hikma products to achieve sales targets.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products by continuously learning and sharing updated information with healthcare providers.
• Gather current information on doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and identify new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, comprehensive territory coverage, and timely reporting and feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and products within the assigned territory.
• Track and review Hikma products’ market performance through client responses and other indicators, identifying new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reports for the supervisor/manager as requested, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure all activities comply with company rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (** degree in Pharmacy.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
