We are seeking a Meeting & Events executive to join our team in Jeddah, operating in a full-time capacity. The Role of Meeting & Events Executive
The Meeting & Events executive is responsible for managing the complete cycle of event bookings, from initial inquiry through to successful execution. This role involves direct interaction with clients, meticulous event planning, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services. The executive will also contribute to business development by cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle event inquiries, develop proposals, and convert bookings.
- Plan events comprehensively and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct site visits and show rounds for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Opera Cloud and prepare weekly function sheets.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and support the wider sales team as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
