Role Overview

Prada Group is seeking an MIU MIU Assistant Store Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving overall store performance and acts as a deputy, assuming leadership when necessary. The Assistant Store Manager serves as a Brand Ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to the local market, the store team, and clients. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in defining business strategies to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Provide commercial recommendations to the Store Manager and relevant functions to generate sales and increase productivity.
• Coach the store team to develop action plans and achieve KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
• Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
• Represent the Company as a brand ambassador in the local market and on the sales floor, ensuring appropriate client service.
• Promote Omni-Channel awareness and encourage the team to use digital tools for client relationships and business objectives.
• Support e-commerce channel development through timely order response and high service standards.
• Foster product knowledge within the team and collaborate with relevant functions for product and collection training needs.

Operational and Team Management

• Act as a motivator for staff, promoting team spirit and a positive environment through effective communication.
• Participate in the recruitment process, including market mapping, profile definition, and interviews, as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager in identifying internal talent for development opportunities and defining appropriate development processes.
• Master all company tools and applications, including IT and digital, and train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Ensure efficient team organization and consistent delegation of responsibilities in alignment with business needs.
• Lead by example to ensure the team operates with high care and respect for products during all procedures.
• Ensure the team is regularly updated on company activities.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to propose and support product and collection training needs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader with 2-5 years of experience, capable of conveying Prada's philosophy and values. This role requires a driven individual who supports the Store Manager in achieving successful store performance, analyzes reports, and develops action plans. The Assistant Store Manager must ensure an extraordinary client experience by leading by example on the sales floor and inspiring the team to achieve business goals while managing operational activities in compliance with corporate guidelines.
