About the Role

United International Group is seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to lead facility management and project operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for delivering on client commitments through effective resource planning, vendor management, and on-ground execution. The role requires a strong engineering mindset, a bias for action, and experience managing large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Lead manpower planning and deployment strategies to ensure optimal team allocation.
• Manage accommodation, transportation, and logistics for field teams.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations, facility management, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams and multi-location or multi-project operations.
• Strong background in manpower planning, procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
• Prior exposure to warehouse operations, cluster management, or quality assurance in high-volume environments is a strong advantage.
• Certifications in Supply Chain or Operations Management (CSCF or equivalent) are preferred.

Work Location and Type
