Join Hilton as a People Operations Manager! We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of Hampton by Hilton Jeddah Souq7. We are in search of a dedicated individual to be part of our Core Management Team, specifically for the role of People Operations Manager. This position is exclusive to Saudi Nationals as part of our Localization Regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
  • Foster team member engagement through recognition programs and special events.
  • Manage HR systems, ensuring compliance and generating reports.
  • Lead and develop the HR team by providing training and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities for Pre-Opening:
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines and resources, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop pre-opening plans and establish operational workflows.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure all departments are prepared for opening.
  • Financial Management: Control pre-opening budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
