Jamjoom Pharma is seeking an Ophtha Brand Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is critical for driving growth within the KSA healthcare market, focusing on the ophthalmology portfolio. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, and maximizing market penetration.

Role Overview and Context

The Ophtha Brand Manager will ensure the successful commercialization of the ophthalmology portfolio. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and healthcare authorities to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, support product launches, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business strategy and commercial objectives.
• Analyze market research, business performance, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Track and analyze brand and competitor performance, market dynamics, and growth drivers, recommending actions to maximize brand performance.
• Utilize market analytics and business intelligence to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and new product launches, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Develop sales forecasts and financial assumptions for business planning and new business case evaluations.
• Monitor promotional budgets, report utilization, and assess ROI to the Marketing Manager.
• Develop promotional campaigns, sales tools, scientific materials, and customer engagement programs.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, CRM programs, and omnichannel customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support demand forecasting, product availability, and inventory optimization with Supply Chain.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
• Support Medical Affairs in identifying local advocates and emerging speakers for scientific programs.
• Deliver product training and provide market, competitor, and product updates to the sales force.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with KSA healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical promotional practices.
• Anticipate market changes, identify business opportunities, and propose mitigation and growth strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years of experience at Jamjoom Pharma.
• A performance rating of "Meets Expectations" or higher in each of the past 2 years.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience or relevant ophthalmology experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the ophthalmology business and market.
