About the Role

Madi International is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is focused on driving sales growth for multiple brands within a designated territory by implementing structured sales plans and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and executing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet territory and brand-specific targets.
  • Managing and expanding existing salon accounts through regular engagement, relationship building, upselling, and portfolio diversification.
  • Achieving sales and collection targets while ensuring healthy customer accounts and timely payments.
  • Identifying and securing new salon opportunities, including newly opened establishments, to broaden market coverage and brand presence.
  • Implementing promotions, focused SKU campaigns, and stock liquidation initiatives in line with approved pricing and commercial policies.
  • Maintaining comprehensive product and brand knowledge, monitoring competitor activities, and providing market insights.
  • Planning and executing efficient territory visits, ensuring high route adherence and productive customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Education, Marketing, Finance, and Brand departments to support account growth, campaign execution, product launches, and salon activations.
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of brand tools, promotional materials, and brand assets at the salon level.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B field sales.
  • Preference for experience within the professional beauty, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple brands and territories.
