Passenger Service Agent Flynas JED Station

About the Role

Swissport KSA is seeking a Passenger Service Agent for the Flynas JED Station in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive passenger and customer services as contracted by the airline, ensuring a positive experience for all travelers. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clear check-in counters with necessary stationery and signage before and after flights.
• Welcome passengers at check-in and other customer service points, assisting in providing a pleasant customer experience.
• Verify travel documentation and check-in departing passengers according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform gate activities, including set-up, communication with the Flight Coordinator, boarding processes, and ensuring accuracy of final passenger figures.
• Assist passengers during flight irregularities such as delays, cancellations, or diversions, coordinating communication to maintain a positive passenger experience.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors (UM), VIPs, and those requiring wheelchair support.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes as required.
• Make public address announcements for delays, boarding, and last calls.
• Charge applicable excess baggage fees.
• Operate computer keyboards and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce all required work-related documentation and report irregularities to appropriate supervisors.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (Swissport & Carrier Specific) and maintain uniform standards.

Qualifications and Competencies

• High School diploma.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and relevant work experience.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Attentive to detail and numerate.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures, applying a flexible approach when necessary.
• Proficiency in typing and the ability to learn airline-specific computer reservation/ticketing software.

Work Environment and Conditions

The role requires willingness to work in various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must also be prepared to work in inclement weather conditions when necessary. The position is based at the Flynas JED Station in Jeddah, Makkah.
