About the Role

SIAD Holding is seeking a dedicated and skilled Photographer/Videographer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of professional experience in visual content production, focusing on capturing high-quality imagery and video for various corporate and subsidiary needs.

Role Overview

The Photographer/Videographer will be instrumental in developing and executing visual content strategies across SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Department to produce compelling visual assets that align with campaign objectives and brand identities for diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, platforms, and required deliverables.
• Contribute to content planning and recommend suitable visual approaches for various brands and activities.
• Develop pre-production materials including mood boards, visual references, shot lists, production schedules, and location requirements.
• Conduct location inspections to assess lighting, framing, accessibility, operational conditions, and production needs.
• Identify and arrange necessary props, equipment, permissions, styling, and logistical support prior to production.
• Coordinate with marketing, hotel, tourism, transportation, and operational teams to prepare shoot locations and participants.
• Ensure all required approvals and arrangements are secured before commencing production.
• Capture professional photographs and videos for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries, covering hotels, rooms, restaurants, facilities, tourism services, transportation fleets, corporate activities, employees, events, exhibitions, and operational locations.
• Adapt production approaches for various communication channels, including corporate communications, social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and printed materials.
• Apply strong knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, sound, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Direct employees, guests, models, or other participants professionally during shoots as required.
• Travel to different locations and cover activities outside regular working hours when necessary.
• Perform professional post-production work, including color correction, color grading, retouching, sound enhancement, sequencing, and producing various versions and formats for intended platforms.
• Regularly review the Group’s existing photography and video assets to identify outdated, missing, inconsistent, or low-quality content.
• Recommend new content requirements based on campaigns, business priorities, seasonal needs, and platform performance.
• Support the development and maintenance of a consistent visual style for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
• Organize all raw and edited files using a clear and consistent folder and naming system, maintaining an accessible visual asset library.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in photography and videography.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full production process, from initial planning and shooting to editing and final delivery of visual content.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position requires flexibility to travel to various locations for shoots and may involve covering activities outside standard working hours as needed.
