Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage pupils in learning tasks and activities.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for withdrawn students.
  • Build positive relationships and promote inclusion and independence.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, displays, and behaviour management.
  • Maintain pupil records and report progress or concerns to teachers.
  • Support curriculum delivery, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT activities.
  • Prepare and manage classroom resources and equipment.
  • Follow school policies on safeguarding, health, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Participate in meetings, training, supervision, and educational visits.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree (Education or equivalent).
  • 2 to 3 years preferred experience in an international school environment.

Ideal Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 1+ years of teaching experience.
  • Professional behavior and ethical conduct.
  • Strong communication skills.
