About the Role

the Grandeur, an accounting firm, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to managing and optimizing our purchasing processes, ensuring the acquisition of necessary goods and services at competitive prices. The role requires a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from requisition through to purchase order, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints to optimize spending.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings, ensuring alignment with quality standards and budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and providing insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contracts, addressing any issues to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Implement best practices in procurement processes, leveraging technology and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives, contributing procurement expertise to drive successful outcomes.
