About the Role

Elsewedy Electric Power Systems Projects is seeking a Project Coordination Specialist to join their team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves coordinating various project activities and ensuring smooth operational flow within the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities among all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and external departments.
Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, logs, reports, and correspondence.
Follow up on Requests for Information (RFIs) with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and resolution of technical queries.
Organize and coordinate project meetings, and accurately prepare meeting minutes.
Follow up on action items and ensure their timely closure by responsible parties.
Maintain accurate records of all project-related resources.
Coordinate and process site gate passes for manpower, equipment, and project-related materials to facilitate smooth site access and mobilization.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on equipment requests to ensure the availability of required resources for project execution.
Coordinate and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) applications and approvals in compliance with project and HSE requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with project sites located in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active coordination across various project phases and with diverse teams.
